En fait, il y a beaucoup moins de risques d&rsquo;avoir des carences avec une alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne<em>\u00a0<\/em>\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, vari\u00e9e et naturelle, qu&rsquo;avec un r\u00e9gime omnivore. Il existe un nombre incroyable d&rsquo;aliments contenants des prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. Ceux-ci contiennent parfois\u00a0plus de prot\u00e9ines que certaines pi\u00e8ces de viandes\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><p><br><\/p><\/p>\n<h2>Prot\u00e9ines animales et prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales : la diff\u00e9rence<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour faire simple, les prot\u00e9ines animales ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tales sont un assemblage plus ou moins long de 22 acides amin\u00e9s. La seule diff\u00e9rence ? L&rsquo;ordre et la longueur de ces cha\u00eenes. Une fois arriv\u00e9s dans les intestins, diff\u00e9rents r\u00f4les sont attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 ces\u00a0acides amin\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;organisme.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ils ont un r\u00f4le structurel : pour la cr\u00e9ation des muscles,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ils ont \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le fonctionnel : pour servir d&rsquo;enzymes, d&rsquo;hormones,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais \u00e9galement une valeur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il existe deux grandes diff\u00e9rences entre les prot\u00e9ines animales et les prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. La premi\u00e8re concerne les prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales : pour absorber la totalit\u00e9 des acides amin\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaire pour l&rsquo;organisme, les v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens doivent associ\u00e9s les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales avec des l\u00e9gumineuses. A contrario, la viande concentre l&rsquo;ensemble de ces acides amin\u00e9s naturellement. Le second, quant \u00e0 lui, r\u00e9v\u00e8le le gros inconv\u00e9nient des prot\u00e9ines animales : elle acidifie le corps ! Comment expliquer cette diff\u00e9rences ? Le secret se trouve dans sa composition : les prot\u00e9ines sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 des min\u00e9raux (chlore, soufre, phosphore) qui, une fois absorb\u00e9s par l&rsquo;organisme, se transforment en acides forts comme l&rsquo;acide chlorhydrique, sulfurique, &#8230; Les reins sont les seuls organes \u00e0 \u00eatre capables de les traiter et de les \u00e9liminer. C&rsquo;est pourquoi une surconsommation de viande peut provoquer une fatigue des reins et cr\u00e9er une accumulation d&rsquo;acidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><p><br><\/p><\/p>\n<h2>Les bienfaits du v\u00e9g\u00e9tarisme<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon l&rsquo;Association Am\u00e9ricaine de Di\u00e9t\u00e9tique, une alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e permet de se maintenir en bonne sant\u00e9 et de r\u00e9duire la probabilit\u00e9 de contracter les maladies les plus r\u00e9pandues de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. En effet, dans son\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mangez-vegetarien.com\/IMG\/pdf\/Position_VG_ADA2009_VF1-00.pdf\">rapport annuel<\/a>, elle mentionne que \u00ab\u00a0les v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens sont moins sujets aux probl\u00e8mes cardiovasculaires, ont des taux plus bas de cholest\u00e9rol, ont moins de probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;hypertension, de diab\u00e8te, et de cancers de la prostate et du colon\u00a0\u00bb.
